Hire the admin work, not the person.
We take the admin your business repeats every week, the chasing, the triage, the quoting, the follow up, and we get it done for you.
Nothing leaves your business until you have read it and said yes.
Every single thing stops here.
There is no fourth path. No auto send, no trusted mode, no exception for the one that seemed safe.
Your team prepares the work
On a schedule you set, using only the systems and records you allowed it to see.
You read it and say yes
Or you edit it first, or you decline it. Until you do one of those three things, it sits there and nothing happens.
It goes out, and onto the record
Who prepared it, why, what it looked at, what it cost, and that you approved it.
Five things we will not compromise on.
Nothing happens without a person saying yes.
Every email, quote, reminder and record change queues for you first. You read it, you edit it if you want, then it goes. There is no trusted mode, no shortcut and no setting that turns this off, because it is the product rather than a safety feature bolted on the side.
Everything is on the record.
A plain English trail of what was done, why it was done, what information it used and what it cost. Written so you can read it yourself at five o'clock on a Friday, not so it can be read by an engineer.
They are staff, not features.
Each one has a name, a job description, a reporting line and a limit on what it is allowed to touch. You manage it the way you would manage a new starter, not the way you would configure software.
Your business is alone on your own system.
One business per machine. No other company's files, emails or client records sit on the same system as yours. That costs us more to run and we think it is the only honest way to do this.
Fixed cost, hard capped.
Each member of your team has a spending limit and stops when it reaches it. You see what has been spent, in dollars, on the same screen as the work. There is no usage bill at the end of the month, ever.
An org chart, not a dashboard.
Each one has a name, a job, a reporting line and a spending limit. You manage it the way you would manage a new starter.
What your team actually does.
Not a feature list. These are the jobs owners keep naming when we ask what eats their week.
Chasing documents
Knows who owes you what, asks for it, asks again, and tells you when it lands.
Inbox triage
Sorts the morning, drafts the obvious replies, and flags the three that actually need you.
Quoting and follow up
Prepares the quote from your price list, then follows it up on day three and day ten.
Client onboarding
Runs the same welcome sequence every time, so the tenth client gets what the first got.
Reporting
The Monday numbers, in your format, in your inbox, without you asking for them.
Moving data between systems
The copy and paste job between two things that were never going to talk to each other.
Three steps, and two of them are ours.
We map your week
A conversation. What repeats, who does it now, how long it takes and what happens when it does not get done. You do not need to know anything about the technology.
We build your team
We write the job descriptions, set the limits, connect the tools you already use and run everything past you on your own system. That is what the setup fee covers.
You approve, they work
Work turns up in one queue. You spend a few minutes a day saying yes, no, or change this. We keep it running and tune it every month.
One price a month. No usage bill, ever.
Compare these against a part time admin hire at $4,000 to $5,000 a month, not against software. Prices exclude tax.
Pay for the year in advance and the setup fee is waived, invoiced by bank transfer, which costs us nothing in card fees and so costs you 2% less. Annual is two months free.
We are one person, pre-revenue, and we would rather tell you that than invent a team on an about page.
Your business data is stored and processed in Sydney. There is one exception and we would rather you heard it here: to draft anything, the relevant text goes to Anthropic in the United States, which does not use it for training. That is named in the privacy policy and in the data processing agreement.
We are not SOC 2 certified either. What you get instead is a written privacy impact assessment, a data processing agreement on the Privacy Commissioner's model clauses, a breach procedure with notification inside 72 hours, the person who built it answering the phone, and a product that refuses to do anything behind your back. If that is the wrong trade for your business, say so on the call and we will part on good terms.
Tell us what your week looks like.
Twenty minutes, no demo, no slides. We ask what repeats and we tell you straight whether we can take it off you. If we cannot, we will say so.
